How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.


We accept the following forms of payment:

  - Discover
- PayPal


  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.

  • Order and Shipping Information
    All HUMANT products are custom-made and require 7-10 business days, excluding holidays.
    Please understand there could be a possible delay during holidays.
    Shipping is made via the International Mail EMS, and shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
    All items are delivered within 3-5 business days in average.
    However, please understand there may be exception during special occasions.

    As [HUMANT] uses natural leather material, the item you receive may look slightly different from its image,
    as each leather has its own valuable texture and color. We promise our best craftsmanship,
    however please understand that item may have bond marks or fine contamination as all items are handcrafted.
    Bond marks or fine contamination cannot be considered as defective item.
    Item may different from its image due to brightness/resolution of the monitor.
    All products are made of natural leather and are sensitive to wrinkles.
    If the item has excessive wrinkles, it cannot be return/exchange.
    Please keep in mind to wear and storage time with exceptional care.

    Exchange and Return Policy
    All products of [HUMANT] are custom-made and cannot be returned.
    It cannot be cancelled after order has been processed.
    The first exchange can be made within one week of receipt of the product.
    Make sure the merchandise you exchange is in its original condition,
    otherwise we will be unable to accept exchange.
    Products that are ordered to be specially designed, such as foot extension, special size,
    additional decoration, and heel changes, cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Except the case of defective items,
    customer is responsible for paying all related shipping fees to exchange/return.
    When exchanging/returning item, please make sure to contact us in advance.
    Please indicate the exact reason for the exchange/return and send it with the product.
    Keep in mind that General non-consulted returns may be rejected/returned.

    In case product exchange / refund is not possible
    1.Traces of use
    All of the products are made of leather and sensitive to wrinkles, if you try them wear, can leave a trace of use.
    In this regard, it is not possible to exchange or return products if the value of products such as excessive use
    and excessive wrinkles are deemed to have been impaired.
    (Natural leather properties can cause natural wrinkles in the making. But it's a completely different form of wrinkles from wearing it.)

    2. If a week or more has passed since receiving the product
    If you wish to exchange or return the product after receipt,
    please contact the customer center or email within a week.
    (A week after receipt of the product, no exchange/refund is allowed.)

    Size guide
    The size of the products varies slightly depending on the design.
    Please contact the customer center( before purchasing
    and I will explain it in detail and kindly.

    All products can be repaired if necessary.
    Some repairs may require additional charges.
    Severe damage caused by careless manage of product may not be repairable.
    To repair item, please contact customer service for more information.
    When sending your item, please indicate specific information about your repair.

    Taxes on Overseas Shipping
    According to each country's policy, taxes on overseas deliveries can be levied.
    For products that have already started shipping, the return due to taxing will not be accepted
    and you will have to pay additional shipping costs and taxes.
    Please make a careful purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Requirements:

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-you have not received any notification regarding the ordered item is out of stock.

2) We accept return(s) if:

-you receive a product different from your order; or

-you receive a defective product.

**Return Instructions

(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4) If there is a missing item from your order:

*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.


It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.


Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
